The following announcements were carried in the Watford Observer last week:

BLISS Eric John – Passed away peacefully on 22nd August 2021 aged 89 years. Loving husband, father and grandad. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

David John Dell – Sadly passed away on Thursday 12th August at St Laura’s Care Home, aged 89 years. A beloved husband to his wife Valerie and a much loved Dad and Grandad.

Robert Leslie Harris (Bob) – Passed away peacefully on 19th August 2021 aged 69. A much loved brother and uncle, who will be missed by all who knew him.

FLORENCE MAY HUNTER ‘FLO’ aged 89 – Passed away peacefully on 3rd August 2021. She will be sadly missed by all her family.

LUMM Bill – Sadly passed away 18th August 2021 aged 91 years. A beloved husband, dad, grandad and great grandad. Bill will be missed by all his family and friends.

MITCHELL Frederick John (Fred) – Passed away peacefully on Tuesday 20th July 2021, aged 88 years. Reunited with his beloved wife Sheila. A much loved Dad, Grandad, Great Grandad and Brother. He will be sadly missed by all his family and fiends.

PATE Reginald Alexander “REG” – Passed away on the 7th August, aged 93 years. Much loved Dad, Grandad and Stepdad who will be sadly missed by all family and friends.

ROY HOWARD TELFER – Aged 92, passed away peacefully on the 13th August 2021. Roy was well known by so many. Good Old Roy, Here comes Roy! The nice gentleman who wears a hat, the man on the Number 8 bus. One of Life’s great characters, Roy will be greatly missed by children, grandchildren and great grandchildren and friends in South Oxhey.
