A family were made to feel like they were being filmed by a Bushey woman who also sprayed the children with water and threw eggs in their garden.
Zeluika Carter has been sentenced after she engaged in harassing behaviour towards the family in Watson Road, Stevenage, on six occasions between April 8 and May 13 last year.
These included shouting abusive comments at the neighbours, throwing eggs into the garden and spraying children with water, Stevenage Magistrates’ Court heard.
The 47-year-old had also watched the neighbours making them feel like they were being filmed.
Carter, of Woolmerdine Court, Bushey, pleaded guilty to pursuing a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment on August 17.
She was fined £350 and ordered to pay £342 in costs.
