The burglary occurred in Forest Road around 2.45pm on Tuesday, June 22.

PC David Hartlett, who is investigating, said: “If you have information about this incident I would like you to get in touch.
“I’m particularly keen to hear from a female passer-by who may have seen a red Vauxhall Combo van parked by the garages at the time.
“If you are able to help I can be contacted directly via email at david.hartlett@herts.pnn.police.uk”
