The following announcements were carried in the Watford Observer last week:
Vivienne Davies (nee Lain) – Sadly passed away 20th June, aged 84. Much loved Wife, Mum and Nanna.
John Patrick Gemmell – Sadly passed away on Wednesday 23rd June 2021, aged 78 years at Watford General Hospital. A loving Husband to Mani for 42 years. A wonderful man greatly loved and admired by all of his numerous friends and acquaintances who knew him. Proud of his Welsh heritage and his love of horses. We wish him a fond farewell – until we all meet again.
HIRST Derek (Del) Oliver – Passed away peacefully at his home in Lincolnshire. Aged 82 on 24th April 2021. Much loved Husband, Dad, Gramps and Great Gramps. Dorian (Doz) James – Passed away at Watford General Hospital. Aged 49 on 11th March 2020. Much loved Son, Brother, Uncle and Great Uncle. Margaret, Gregory, Tracey, Paul, Luke, Aimee, Toby and Isla. They took the love with them.
HOPKINS Bernard John – Died June 16th 2021. Peace at last. Reunited with brother Ray. Goodbye, but just for now.
HOWLETT John – Passed away 17th June 2021 aged 92 years. John will be sadly missed and always much loved by his wife Julie, family and friends.
Pitt Alan Henry – Passed away 22 June aged 91 years. A much loved husband, (of the late Mary), father, grandfather and great grandfather who will be sadly missed.
ROBINSON Cy (Cyrus) – Cy passed away peacefully at home on 23rd June 2021, after a long illness bravely borne, surrounded by his loving family. A devoted and much loved Husband of Anne, loving Father to Simon and Sally-Ann, Grandad of Georgia, Rosie, Katie, Alfie and Jake and dearest Great Grandad of Ruby. He was a very much loved Uncle and friend to many and will be sadly missed.
WHITLEY Sylvia – Sadly passed away 20th June 2021, aged 56 years. Much loved, who will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.
WRIGHT Howard James – Passed away peacefully on Friday 18th June 2021 at The Peace Hospice. A dearly loved Father and Grandfather, he will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.
