A new interactive map reveals the parts of Watford a with the surrounding areas with the highest and lowest vaccination coverage.
The map, recently published by the Government, charts the percentage of people aged 18 and over who have had one dose and two doses of any coronavirus vaccine - Pfizer, Moderna and AstraZeneca etc.
The percentage is calculated by dividing the total number of people who have received a vaccination by the population and multiplying by 100.
In Watford, the areas with the lowest vaccine coverage are concentrated around the town centre.
The map, which is divided into Middle layer Super Output Areas – used by the ONS to provide hyper local statistics – show Central Watford has lowest percentage of vaccinated adults.
A total of 61.9 per cent of adults in Central Watford have had their first dose of the vaccine which is now available to all adults.
Just 36.6 per cent have had a second dose.
The darker the area the higher the vaccine coverage
