In Watford this week, we have two retrospective applications - the first for an extension and entrance canopy at a property in Hagden Lane and the second for new condenser units at a shop in the high street. The town hall has applied to instal photovoltaic panels and there is an application in to raise the height of the telephone mast outside Century Park, Dalton Way from 15m to 17.45m, plus the addition of several cabinets. Finally, there's a plan for new industrial units to replace those already on land to the south of Colonial Way, plus offices and a parking area.
Meanwhile in Three Rivers, permission is sought for a detached outbuilding at a property in Westbury Road, Northwood, and also one in Berks Hill, Chorleywood which will house a gym, shower room and home office. There's a plan to change use of land adjacent to Micklefield Green Cottages in Croxley Green to equestrian, and back in Chorleywood it is hoped to divide the plot of Dell Cottage in Dog Kennel Lane to build a new home and add a detached garage to the property already there.
Heading over to Dacorum, a plan has been submitted to change a clinic in Lower Kings Road, Berkhamstead into a home, including a rear extension and in Spring Lane, Hemel Hempstead, a new home is planned on the site of the property's garage.
