The Range is almost ready to welcome new shoppers to its Watford store.
The home and leisure retail company is relocating from St Albans Road to Watford Arches Retail Park with the grand opening set for 9am tomorrow (Friday).
Store manager Peter Izzard, who is transferring from the current store, allowed the Observer to take a look inside the new shop ahead of the launch.
The floor was buzzing with employees and contractors putting the final touches to the store which was formerly Mothercare.
It has taken around a month to refit the building and the shelves are stocked for customers to browse from Friday.
The new store is smaller than The Range's current site but there are plans to expand.
Later this year, The Range will move into the next door B&Q trade unit, enabling the company to stock a wider selection of goods, as well as reintroduce the garden centre and introduce an Iceland department.
But there's still a wide range of goods to be had with DIY, outdoor activity, bedding, lighting, and health and beauty just some of what's can be found inside.
The staff at the current site in St Albans Road are transferring over, with a total of 80 jobs once the store is fully complete, including manager Mr Izzard, who told the Observer he is excited about welcoming existing customers as well as new customers.
The current store in St Albans Road will close for good on July 4 with the store to be demolished for a huge development of flats.
The store opening times at Watford Arches will be Monday to Saturday 9am-8pm and 11am-5pm on Sundays.
