Hertsmere’s MP has created a Spotify playlist to get people in the mood to take their coronavirus jab.
Named ‘songs to get vaccinated to’, Oliver Dowden’s new playlist consists of 54 tracks, including ‘Hit Me With Your Best Shot’ by Pat Benatar and ‘Here Comes The Sun’ by The Beatles.
The Culture Secretary released the playlist on Monday, one day before all over 25s were told they could book their Covid vaccine.
Currently those aged 25 to 29 in England are being invited to book their jabs as the NHS hailed reaching the “home straight” of the biggest vaccination programme in its history.
So many great moments in life are celebrated through music, so get ready for the jab and soundtrack your vaccine journey with this playlist.

Mr Dowden tweeted on Monday: “So many great moments in life are celebrated through music, so get ready for the jab and soundtrack your vaccine journey with this playlist.
“All adults aged 25 and over can book their vaccination from tomorrow!"
However, people have lashed out at the tweet, with one calling it “disrespectful” whilst another said it was "insensitive".
Another said: “Someone tell Ollie his account’s been hacked.”
