This week plans have been validated for the construction of six flats, following the demolition of the existing house in Green Lane, Watford, and an extension behind a shop in St Albans Road which will be used as a studio flat.

There are also plans to refurbish homes in Upton Road, Watford, including part demolition and an extension of the buildings, and in Lower Paddock Road there is an application to divide the site and build a three-bedroom home with separate access.
