A Watford man has pleaded not guilty after being accused of producing dozens of cannabis plants in the town.
Stephen Angus Lowe, 54, has been charged with producing 97 of the plants after they were found in Watford on August 24, 2020.
He was also accused of having in his possession a quantity of cocaine on the same day.
