This week we have an application for a temporary front canopy over a vehicle repair shop in Chalk Hill, Watford and in St Albans Road a shop is applying for a change of use into a restaurant/take away. Elsewhere, in Armand Close, Watford, there is a plan to build a two-bed garden annexe.
