Flags were being waved, bunting was hung across roads and champagne corks were being popped as we celebrated Prince William's marriage to Kate Middleton ten years ago this week.
An estimated 26 million people gathered round TV sets in Britain to watch the service live on April 29, 2011 at Westminster Abbey as street parties were held across the country to mark the happy occasion.
