Police are investigating after anti-Semitic graffiti was daubed on a wall in Watford town centre.
The drawings, which were of two swastikas, were spotted near Atria Watford by a member of the public on Saturday, April 24.
They made a police officer nearby aware of the offensive symbols and Watford Borough Council were informed.
The council and their contractor worked to remove the graffiti on Monday.
Hertfordshire Constabulary said the incident was racially or religiously aggravated criminal damage and is appealing for information.
