A Post Office has temporarily closed while it goes through a refurbishment.
The Moor Park Post Office in Main Avenue, Northwood, closed on Wednesday (April 14) and is set to reopen on May 4 at 1pm.
Anyone in need of Post Office services during this time is asked to go to neighbouring branches including:
- Tolpits Post Office, 79-83 Tolpits Lane, Watford, WD18 6NT
- Rickmansworth Post Office, 64 High Street, Rickmansworth, WD3 1AA
The changes will modernise the branch to offer a “wide range” of Post Office services and products alongside the retail counter.
Opening hours will also be extended once it reopens, as from Monday to Sunday it will be open from 6am to 10pm.
Graham Simmons, Post Office Network Provision Manager, said: “We apologise for any inconvenience caused to our customers during the work."
He explained it is closed to ensure safety for customers during refurbishment.
