The following announcements were carried in the Watford Observer last week:

Batchelor Eric Dennis – Passed away at Watford General Hospital on Thursday 25th February 2021, aged 93 years. A much loved Dad, Grandad, Great Grandad and Brother. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.

BRACKLEY Eleanor Jean (known as Jean) – Died peacefully at home on 22nd February, aged 99 years. Reunited with her beloved Husband Les, Daughter Rita, Son David and Grandson Christopher. She will be loved and missed by her remaining 4 children, 17 grandchildren, 23 Great Grandchildren, Sisters, Brother and Friends.

PHIL HAWKEY – Of Watford and Abbots Langley, 4th April 1940 – 10th February 2021. Dearly loved husband, father, grandfather and brother. He touched so many lives and will be sorely missed.

NICHOLS Robert Stanley (Bob) – Sadly passed away 9th March 2021 aged 86 years. A beloved husband, dad, grandfather, great grandfather and brother. Bob worked at Odhams, Watford for many years and was also a member of The British Korean Veterans Association. He will be missed by all his family and friends.

RICE Mary Ann – Passed away peacefully on 3rd March 2021 aged 82 years. She was much loved and will be greatly missed by her son Callum, sister Sheila and all of her family and friends. Reunited with her husband Gerald and daughter Geraldine.

SANDALL Gloria Elvena – Sadly passed away on 20th February 2021, aged 89 years. Reunited with her loving husband Len who sadly passed away on 7th April 2020. They will both be so sadly missed by their family and friends.

Seery Henry Thomas – Passed away peacefully at Watford General Hospital on Monday 1st March 2021 aged 51 years. A much loved Dad, Son and Brother. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.
