World Book Day may have been different this year but that didn't stop hundreds of children dressing up as their favourite characters.
The coronavirus restrictions meant many pupils were unable to be in their classrooms as usual for the annual celebration of reading and imagination, but they didn’t miss out on the fun thanks to their teachers and technology.
The efforts of staff at a number of schools also helped ensure we are able to share these pictures of the children enjoying the fun wile they were learning.
