A water pipe by Rickmansworth Road burst this morning, as images showed flooding just by Watford Town Hall and opposite The Parade.

Currently there is no access into Rickmansworth Road towards West Watford from Watford Town Hall.
The footpath is also closed.
All drivers are being diverted onto Beechen Grove, the ring road, Upton Road and Cassio Road to rejoin with Rickmansworth Road.
There is full access and no road closures for drivers heading onto Watford on Rickmansworth Road from the west and the underpass is also open towards North Watford.
Yesterday, there were water shortages in the Kings Langley area (WD4) after a burst water main.
