Police are investigating after a motorist crashed into a parked vehicle.
Hertfordshire Constabulary says a black Hyundai Tucson collided with a parked vehicle in Elfrida Road, Watford, around 8pm on Saturday, February 27.
No-one was injured.
Police have now released an image of a man they would like to identify as part of their enquiries following the incident.
PC Oliver Hughes said: “I’m appealing for anyone who recognises this person to get in touch as we believe he may have information that can help our investigation. If you believe you can help us please get in touch by emailing oliver.hughes@herts.pnn.police.uk.”
