This week there are several applications to demolish and rebuild or convert buildings into separate homes in Watford, Berkhamsted, St Albans and Luton.

Permission has been granted on appeal for demolition of a bungalow and the building of two new homes in Bovingdon.

In Watford, Markyate and Hemel Hempstead plans have been submitted to convert offices for use as a take away or more accommodation.

Finally, an application has been made for a small glamping business in Tring, with the installation of three yurts.
