Pictures have emerged of flooded roads and parks with flood warnings and alerts still in place after heavy rainfall.
After days of persistent and heavy rain, the Environment Agency issued a flood warning this morning in response to rising river levels along the River Colne.
In particular, the agency is concerned about the water levels in parts of Rickmansworth, Maple Cross and Batchworth, with residents "strongly urged to take action" to minimise any damage caused by potential flooding of properties.

A flood alert is still in force further up the River Colne towards Watford.
A statement on the Environment Agency website says: "Over the last 48 hours we have seen heavy rainfall across the area. This has caused levels within the River Colne to rise.
"The main area of concern is the Watford and Rickmansworth area where river levels have risen the most. There is likely to be flooding to low lying land and roads close to the river throughout today (Saturday 30 January)."

Other areas away from the River Colne have also been hit by flooding with some parts of Watford underwater.
Water Lane is blocked by floodwater by the entrance to the Premier Inn hotel while images taken at Cassiobury Park earlier today show the playground has flooded along with much of the parkland itself.

Three Rivers District Council has also confirmed parts of Rickmansworth Aquadrome is flooded and urged people to stay away from the park, which included Ebury play area.

Oxhey Park is also struggling with the level of rainfall the area has seen, while the Munden Estate on the outskirts of Watford also flooded this week.
And there has been flooding too at Knutsford Park and off Link Road and Radlett Road.
Meanwhile, one person reported their street in Kings Langley had flooded again.
Another resident said Railway Terrace, pictured below has now become impassable with vehicles having to turn around.

The Environment Agency has warned people living in areas covered by the flood warning to take action.
The EA said on its website this morning: "Flooding to properties and low lying areas around the River Colne, particularly within the Batchworth, Moneyhill and Maple Cross areas, is possible throughout this morning.
"Flood waters may be deep and fast flowing in these areas. Residents are strongly urged to take action now. Remain safe and be aware of your local surroundings."
Light rain is forecast for the rest of the afternoon but the wet weather should ease off this evening, however more wet weather is forecast on Monday night.
