A driver has made off after hitting a kerb and overturning a car in Kings Langley.
At around 11.50am on Monday, police spotted the car on its roof in Toms Lane.
Police officers searched the area and one man was arrested.
A 19-year-old, of no fixed abode, was arrested on suspicion of burglary in relation to a burglary at a home in Greenways, Abbots Langley, on April 27.
He has been released under investigation.
