Emergency services closed a road after reports of a fire at a barn this afternoon.
Firefighters were called at around 1.04pm today by witnesses to a fire at a barn in Bedmond Road, Kings Langley.
The fire was in a two storey barn and was spreading to the roof.
Police closed the road at the junction with Harthall Lane to allow the fire service to deal with the incident.
Laura Campbell, who lives in Harthall Lane, said she had to be diverted as the road was blocked by police.
Smoke was seen coming from the clock on the roof.
The fire service said the fire was accidental. All roads are now open.
