The circus is coming to town and it is promising winter magic and enchantment through choreography, vocals and circus performers.
The story, brought by Cirque Enchantment, focuses on a girl called Scarlett with a big imagination. As she reads her enchanted storybook the circus in her mind comes to life live on stage.
What follows is an adventure through good and evil led by the vocals of Miss Enchantra, with an eclectic musical soundtrack including current hits from One Direction, Sia, Paloma Faith, Rihanna and Beyonce in addition to a mix of classical, rock, dance and classic favourites.
Creative director and writer Stuart Glover, who grew up in St Albans, says: “Enchantment is a stunning new production with a modern contemporary feel, bringing something new to UK Theatres.
“If you are a fan of pop music, dance and circus then this is the show for you. We want to fill those cold winter afternoons and evenings with some breathtaking magic.”
