Paul Thomas Mooney, 55, of Loates Lane, Watford. On September 17, 2015, used threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour and the offence was racially aggravated. Tony Alan Kendall, 44, of Fleetwood Way, Watford. On September 30, 2015, failed to hand over his ticket for inspection when asked to do so by an authorised person. Fine, compensation, costs: £288.20.

Bradley McCarthy, 21, of Merry Hill Road, Bushey. On December 8, 2015, had in his possession a quantity of cannabis. Commission of a further offence whilst subject to order of conditional discharge. Hedley Bernard Baldwin, 36, of Watford Road, Croxley Green, Rickmansworth. On November 12, 2015, stole one charity tin belonging to the Royal British Legion. Brandon Hird, 18, of Heysham Drive, South Oxhey. On August 16, 2015, damaged the front bumper of a Vauxhall Corsa intending to destroy or damage such property. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Compensation, costs: £446.80.
Hussain Jagne, 37, of Croft Lane, Chipperfield. On November 25, 2015, wilfully obstructed a police constable in the execution of his duty. Fine, costs: £145.
Ahmed Oluwabunmi Oke, 39, of Ainsdale Road, Watford. On January 20, 2016, had in his custody a dog to which the Dangerous Dogs Act applied. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Unless the dog is kept under proper control it must be destroyed. Costs: £100.
John Paul Smithson, 54, of Gade Close, Watford. On January 21, 2016, used a vehicle without a licence. On same date, used a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath was 66 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Disqualified from driving for three years. Fine, costs: £525.
Jamie Leigh Stewart, 32, of Cezanne Road, Watford. On December 13, 2015, committed fraud in that he gave a petrol station a false address intending to make a gain for himself. Fine, compensation, costs: £165.01.

Eamon Edward Patrick Coyle, 56, of Troutstream Way, Loudwater, Rickmansworth. On November 7, 2015, failed without reasonable excuse to provide a specimen of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence.
