Ricky Gervais was spotted filming scenes for his new David Brent film, Life On The Road, in Watford yesterday.
Gervais, 54, is reprising his role as the office middle manager from hit mockumentary sitcom The Office.
The film will delve deeper into Brent’s private life and follow the character as he tours with his band Foregone Conclusion in a final bid to become a rock star.
The comedian was pictured on location in the town centre holding a Costa coffee cup.
Eagle eyed fans also took pictures of Gervais as he shot scenes and braved torrential rain as he stepped out to film one scene in the High Street.

He will be joined on set by Razorlight and We Are Scientists drummer Andy Burrows who will play a member of Brent's band alongside Ben Bailey Smith as Dom.
Other stars include Jo Hartley as love-struck colleague Pauline, Tom Basden as Brent’s road manager Dan, Andrew Brooke as Brent's office enemy Jezza and Nina Sosanya as his therapist.
