A historic building in Rickmansworth looks set to be converted into as many as thirty flats.
Scotsbridge House, Scots Hill, was put up for sale by charity Holstein UK.
The farming charity has owned the building since 1951.
But a planning application has now been submitted to convert the main building into 30 flats.
