A BURGLAR managed to sneak into the homes of two elderly people in Rickmansworth and stole car and house keys while the owners were in their gardens.
Police are now appealing for information after the man burgled a house in Long Lane on Sunday, April 1, between 3pm and 4.30pm, when the owner, a man in his 80s, was in his front garden.
Police believe the burglar sneaked into the house through the back door, stealing a set of house keys, car keys and a watch.
The second incident took place the next day at around 12.30pm in Little Hill, when the burglar got into the house though a side door as the owner, a man in his 70s, was in his back garden.
The burglar is described as a white male, in his mid 20's, about 5'9" tall and of a stocky build.
