Did you witness a brutal dog attack in Eastbury Road on Tuesday in which a police officer was seriously injured?
The incident occurred at 5.28pm.
The dog is believed to have escaped from an address in Eastbury Road, Watford, before approaching people on the street.
The police officer, a male officer based at Watford, took hold of the dog and the dog attacked his arm, causing serious injury.
The officer was taken to Watford General Hospital for treatment. He is currently at the Royal Free Hospital in a stable condition.
A 22-year-old man from Watford has been arrested on suspicion of being in charge of a dog dangerously out of control in a public place, and has been released on police bail until May 11.
