A WATFORD man has been banned from all licensed premises in the town until mid July.
Mohammed Hakim, 33, of Francis Road, Watford, is the first man to be handed a red card under the Three Strikes and You're Out campaign after his anti-social behaviour in late March resulted in him being convicted of two alcohol related offences.
The three strikes system is similar to the one used by football referees where a yellow, then red card is handed out for bad behaviour.
Since its launch in December, 85 yellow cards have been issued and there has been a 13 per cent reduction in alcohol-related anti-social behaviour in the town.
