Dreams are made every day in a small room in Watford. In an office in Tolpits Lane, cheques for millions of pounds are handed to lucky lottery winners from across south England.
If someone has won more than £50,000, they must collect their winnings from one of Camelot's six regional centres across the UK.
Watford is one of these regional centres and since the National Lottery began in 1994 an incredible £3.2 billion has been paid out in prizes to winners through the centre.
Reporter Martin Booth was given the chance to sample life as a millionaire when he visited Camelot.
