SIX fire engines and more than 30 firefighters spent more than an hour battling a fire that spread to four houses in a cul-de-sac in Bushey.
The fire started yesterday (Sunday) in the loft of number 4, The Studios, off Glencoe Road in Bushey before spreading to three neighbouring houses, numbers 3, 5 and 6.
Crews from Watford, Bushey, Garston, Borehamwood and St Albans were called to the blaze at 1.55pm and eight fire fighters used breathing apparatus and four jets were required to extinguish the fire.
Despite the fact that 15 people were involved in the fire, none suffered injuries.
The fire is believed to have started accidentally.
