PSYCHIATRIC reports have been ordered for a teenager who broke into the Citizens Advice Bureau in Abbots Langley.
Peter Kenny 18, of Parsonage Close, broke into the CAB along with others on November 28, and stole computers.
Kenny pleaded guilty to this offence and two others of criminal damage and assaulting a police officer in the execution of his duty. Sentencing has been adjourned for six weeks to allow two reports into the "troubled" teenager to be made.
Kenny was released on conditional bail for sentencing at the same court on March 16.
The one condition is that he lives at his home address and sleeps there each night.
