New trees are set to be planted around Watford town centre due to a council cash grant.
Hertfordshire County Council is paying £1,980 for 11 trees in Woodwaye, Derby Road, Lower High Street, Watford Town Centre, Orphanage Road and Waterfields recreation ground.
The money has come from the council’s locality budget scheme.
