Police are appealing for witnesses after a sexual assault in Watford last weekend.
The offence happened at 11am on Saturday, January 11, in Loates Lane. The victim, a woman in her 20s, was approached by a man who pulled her towards him and tried to kiss her. The woman struggled and managed to get away.
Location of the incident
The offender is said to be of Asian appearance, in his 50s, around 5ft 4ins tall with a white moustache.
At the time of the offence he was wearing light denim jeans, a dark waist length jacket and a dark beanie hat with "FILA" written across the front.
PC Lauren Shipman said; "We have a very good description of the offender and we’re hoping that people will be able to help us identify him. I’d also like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed this. If you have any information, please contact me."
