People flocked to a Winnie the Pooh themed tree planting event to mark the end of the Diamond Jubilee year.
Members of the Aldenham Country Park Trust gathered at the North Pole, near the 100 Aker Wood, in Elstree, to plant the oak tree on Friday.
The rain did not stop attendees – including MP James Clappison, Hertsmere Mayor Pat Stack and chair of Aldenham County Park Clive Butchins – from planting the tree.
Councillors as well as members of the community also turned up to see the tree being planted.
