Captain Tom Sawyer RA 7 Sphynx Battery 29 Commando 20.1.82 - 14.1.09 Our Precious Son. The 10th birthday we cannot share with you. No family celebration. No silly funny card, no present lovingly chosen just to see your grin as you open it. We only have precious memories of birthdays past. So much we took for granted when you were here with us. We thought we had a lifetime of birthdays to share, never imagined you would be gone from us so soon. But we never took for granted your love. Nothing will ever fill the gaping void left in our lives or ease the pain in our hearts. On your Birthday, Sweetheart, just know you are loved beyond measure, there is never a day when you are not in our thoughts and hearts. We watched with so much love and pride as you grew up, lived your dream and followed your heart. We are and always have been so very proud of you. Love you RTW & BA. Hugs and kisses from your heartbroken mum and dad.
