CARTER Anthony Raymond 'Tony' Sadly passed away on Thursday 18th April 2024, aged 95 years. A loving Dad to Paul, Grandad to Alex, Leanne, Hayley and Daniel and Great Grandad to Freddie. Reunited with his beloved Wife Betty. Funeral Service to take place at West Herts Crematorium on Tuesday 21st May 2024, at 1pm. Flowers welcome.
