BALE Philip Raymond Sadly passed away on 26th October 2023, aged 99. A much loved Dad & Grandpa who will be fondly remembered by all his family. Funeral service to take place at West Herts Crematorium on Monday 27th November 2023 at 1.40pm. Family flowers only.
