CARTER Colin Robert Passed away peacefully on Tuesday 10th October, aged 87 years. Loving Husband of Doreen, Dad of Loraine, Robert, David and Jamie, Grandfather and Brother. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. The Funeral Service will take place at Hemel Hempstead Crematorium on Thursday 9th November 2023 at 2.30pm. Family flowers only by request.
