ROPER William Vincent (Bill) Passed away peacefully after a short illness on Saturday 8th July aged 93 years. Bill will be sadly missed by all his family and everyone who knew him. A loving husband of 60 years to his previously departed wife Agnes, father to Kieran, David, Noel and Paul and father-in-law to Fay, Marlene and Penny, proud grandfather and great-grandfather. A Celebration of Bill's life will be held on Thursday 27th July 3.20 pm at West Herts Crematorium followed by a reception at Aldenham Golf Club.
