NEILL Joyce Kathleen Sadly passed away on 24th January 2023, aged 100. A much loved Mum, Nan & Great Nan, who will be greatly missed by all her family & friends. Funeral service to take place at Christ Church, Watford on Monday 27th February 2023 at 11.45am, followed by a committal at North Watford Cemetery. Family flowers only.
