ROUSE Francis William (Frank) Passed away peacefully on Thursday 17th November 2022, aged 89 years. Reunited with his beloved Wife Margaret. A much loved Dad of Tina, Len and Buddy. Dearest friend of Chris. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. The funeral service will take place at West Herts Crematorium on Monday 5th December 2022, at 10am.
