Rosemary Janet Bailey M.B.E Daughter of Ernest Arthur Bailey & Florence Irene (Smith) Bailey Born 06.08.1938, died 28.06.22 at Watford General Hospital. One time Disability Adviser for Hertfordshire Guiding, Rosemary received her MBE in the New Year's Honours of 2005 for Services to Young People. Long term member of Hertfordshire Girl Guiding, of the former United Reformed Church Bushey, the Cazenove Association and of the Queen Elizabeth Guild Barnet. Funeral service to be held at Bushey & Oxhey Methodist Church on Thursday 28th July at 2:30pm. Donations to Bushey & Oxhey Methodist Church and Foxlease Girlguiding Activity Centre in the New Forest.
