BALMER Andrew George Sadly passed away 21st June 2022 aged 67 years. A beloved Son, Brother and Uncle. Andrew will be missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service at West Herts Crematorium on Monday 4th July 2022 at 10.40am. Family flowers only please but donations can be made in Andrew's memory on the day to Cancer Research UK or Rethink Mental Illness.
