Bourne Patrick Colin 'Pat' Sadly passed away at home on Sunday 2nd January 2022 aged 72. A loving and much loved dad and grandad who will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. Now reunited with his beloved wife Jean. Funeral service to take place at West Herts Crematorium on Friday 28th January 2022 at 11.40am Flowers welcome.
