KELLY Spencer Victor Sadly passed away 1st July 2021 aged 29 years. A beloved son, brother and grandson. Spencer will be missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service to take place at West Herts Crematorium on Wednesday 21st July 2021 at 1.20pm. At the request of Spencer's family and to honour his memory please wear a football shirt or bright colours. Family flowers only please but donations may be made to Aspire Powerchair Sports Club.
