BROWN Frank Cecil Turner Passed away peacefully on 7th September 2019 aged 99 years. Much loved Father to Gillian and David, Grandpa to Robert and Andrew. He will be sadly missed by family and friends, Funeral service to take place at West Herts Crematorium, Garston on Monday 23rd September 2019 at 3.40pm.
