Jacqueline Mavis Stevenson (Agate) 24/2/33 - 8/7/l9 A beautiful & loving mother of Jacqui & Mark, grandmother, great grandmother & great great grandmother passed away peacefully surrounded by her family following her long struggle with Alzheimer's at Clare Lodge, St Albans. Funeral to be held at Garston Crematorium, 23rd July at 3pm. All welcome, no black, only pastel colours please. No flowers, as Jackie's wishes are donations to Great Ormond Street Children's Charity
