JEFFREY David Arthur Died peacefully 2019, aged 88 years. Dearly loved and sadly missed by family and friends and fondly remembered by many from his years as station foreman at Watford Met. A service of thanksgiving for David's life will be held on Wednesday 20th March 2019 at St Luke's Church, Langley Way at 2pm. All enquiries to: M.K.
