HOLLAND Simon Passed peacefully on 6th November 2018, surrounded by his family after a four year battle with cancer. Loving Husband of Sally, Father of Nicola and Tom, and Friend to many. Funeral Service to take place on Friday 23rd November, Chilterns Crematorium at 3.15pm. All welcome, Please wear something blue.
